Newson Motors was established in 1972 by Roy Newson. Having one of the first independent pre-owned dealerships in Burlington, Roy helped pioneer a new way of buying a pre-owned vehicle.
Following in his father's footsteps, Roy's son Brian established one of the biggest pre-owned independent dealerships in Burlington in the 1980's. Having watched many other dealerships grow to several hundred cars, Brian remained steadfast in his belief that buying a vehicle should be a personal expereince, and the consumer should not feel lost among the circus of the big used car dealerships. As a result, Brian has found his niche selling high quality cars at prices that rival the big stores, and not catering to the rich and famous with $40,000 cars, but to the working family looking for a reliable vehicle at an affordable price.
